PUP Graduate School Services: A Critique Assessment by the MBA Students

Abstract


This paper looks into the services of PUP graduate school from the point of the students. Some criteria/areas of accreditation were considered to be assessed by the MBA students such as security and safety, facilities, faculty members and the learner management system (LMS). Of the four areas in the PUP graduate school services, the LMS was rated to be high by the MBA student respondents which obtained an overall mean score of 4.09; it was followed by (from highest to lowest mean) safety and security, faculty members and facilities.
